Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in Alligator King - in business since 1990 and online since 2001. We ship every weekday using USPS and UPS, both of which offer reliable and fast service. We strongly suggest that you choose to add our inexpensive insurance options to cover your purchase, and also, that you provide your email so you can receive shipping notifications and tracking information automatically. This will help us too if we need to get in touch about your order.

For orders over $100, please add the appropriate amount of insurance and $3 for signature delivery. If these services are not purchased at the time of purchase, it's fine if you would like us to set it up and send an invoice to cover the cost of insurance and signature delivery once we are finished processing and packing your order.

UPDATE: Please do not select Media Mail. We're fixing the glitch making it appear as a shipping option. (Try fitting an alligator head in an envelope!)

Unfortunately, we cannot offer item replacement for lost packages unless insurance is included in the purchased shipping service. While USPS Parcel Select seems to be an attractive option because it is inexpensive and offers tracking, insurance is not available and lost or delayed packages are sometimes irretrievable. And we don't want this to happen! Please protect your purchase with insurance!
