Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in Alligator King!! We are excited to help you enjoy our great alligator products as much as we do!

We offer a variety of shipping options with USPS and Fed Ex and recommend that you add the optional insurance. For USPS, we suggest you use Priority Mail or better because it includes a tracking number. Fed Ex shipments always have tracking numbers. 

Please enter an email and a phone number in case we need to get in touch with you about your order prior to shipping. For orders over $100, we will add the appropriate amount of insurance and will require an adult's signature at the time of delivery ($3-$5). We might need to send an invoice to cover the cost of insurance and signature delivery once we are processing and packing your order. Occasionally, our online store does a really bad job with shipping cost estimates and we will need to be in touch before we can ship your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer item replacement for lost packages unless insurance is included in the purchased shipping service. Please keep in mind that we process orders in the order they are received, and a 2-day delivery promise from the carrier only starts when the package is received.
